Pasta and Sauce with Yves Veggie Ground Round 

  • ˝ onion diced

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • ˝ red or green pepper diced

  • 1 can mushrooms or ˝ cup fresh mushrooms

  • 1 pkg Yves Veggie Ground Round original flavour

  • 1 bottle favourite pasta sauce

  • 1 box favourite high fiber pasta

 

Cook pasta according to directions on box.  Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, sauté the onions garlic and peppers using water instead of oil for 5 minutes.  Add mushrooms and Yves Veggie Ground Round stir until heated.  Add pasta sauce and cook at low heat until heated.  Serve sauce with pasta.
