Arabbiata
12 plum tomatoes diced
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Italian parsley
chopped
1 red pepper diced
˝ tsp red pepper flakes
Cooked Penne
In a large saucepan sauté
garlic with of olive oil. Add
tomatoes and keep stovetop element at simmer.
Cook until slightly seared. Add red pepper.
Cook until tender. Add red pepper flakes. Add parsley to pan
before serving. Toss sauce with penne and serve hot.
