Caryn Roll is a professional dietitian in private practice. She is a self described “healthy lifestyle enthusiast” who practices what she preaches. Working one-on-one with clients, Caryn can assist with many conditions including chronic illnesses like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, food allergies/intolerance, vitamin/mineral deficiencies and psychiatric nutrition. She offers insight into basic meal planning and food-shopping techniques to economically maximize a client's healthy diet. In addition, Caryn offers nutrition workshops to groups on topics such as food safety, recipe modification and the benefits of vegetarian cuisine.

Caryn's approach to nutrition is best expressed in her own words. "I believe that healthy eating habits coupled with an active lifestyle produce a better quality of life and can also reduce the risk of numerous diseases. Living a healthy lifestyle is not only possible it is it what we owe ourselves."

Caryn Roll holds a B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences from McGill University in Montreal and a B.A. in Film Studies from Carleton University in Ottawa. This diverse education and experience allows her to take a practical yet creative approach with her clients.   

Caryn Roll is a member of the Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec, and volunteers her services weekly for a special needs program in her community.
